How to Fix - Disk management problem?

Disk management problem

Windows 7 setup can not find harddisk (HDD).
In diskmanagement also I can not see disks (OR drives).
even I can not format HDD.
I am getting some errors.
If I open my computer, I can see all partitions (OR all drives) and i can use it.

In cmd (using diskpart command) also i can not find all drives.
in list volume, it showing optical drive(CD or DVD) only.

Additional details

the hard drives have data on them and are partitioned.
I can see hard drives in My Computer but
not in  Disk Management.

I can see other drives in Disk Management
e.g.
an optical (CD or DVD) drive.

I can access the hard drives in my computer.

I have tried using rootkit tools but no use.

Does Windows 7 Backup produce a brief log file that I can understand ?

The Windows XP Backup program produced a brief log file: how many files backed up, volume of data, success of verification operation.  I've found two things in Windows 7 but neither are really what I'm looking for.
 
1.
 Event viewer shows event IDs 4097 & 4098, "backup started" and "backup completed successfully", respectively.
 
2.  I've also found some files in WINDOWS\LOGS\WINDOWSBACKUP but I can't make head nor tail of them when I open them in Event Viewer.
 
Is there anything that provides a similar output to XP Backup ?

does WinDbg: 6.12.0002.633x86 start automatically?

If I'm downloading software that needs to be debugged, is it done automatically.  I was getting an error that I had not specified a JIT debugger.
Since then I downloaded WinDbg: 6.12.0002.633x86.
Perhaps I need to uninstall and reinstall the software? 
I am trying to download PaintShop Photo ProX3 photo creator.
It installs but I can't open it up.

I use excel 2007 (company policy, together with XP) and have always wondered why Excel doesn't handle sheet names like it handles colums and rows.
Logically you should have a function like Sheetname("address") which would return just the name of the sheet.
It would also be logical to be able to refer to sheets by numbers rather than text in the Address() function, as you can columns and rows.
I know that this is likely to cause some problems when sheets are shuffled but the same issues happen when rows and columns
are swapped after an address function is created now.

After I download and try to install itunes and quick time I get an error message that I have to be logged on as administrator.
I am logged on as administrator but I get the message when I try to install
