Computer only starts windows in repair mode

My computer wont boot normal windows mode, if i try to do that it gets to the loading screen then shows a blue screen for less then a second, then if i start windows in repair mode it takes a really long time to get to the log in screen, then everything
in windows works really really slowly for example it takes ages to open programs, open files...

What should i do ? Or do you have any idea what might cause the problem ?

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
