Bing Image Search: Not All Images Are Displaying instead a black X mark (Windows 8.1 & IE 11)

When I do a Bing image search, not all the images are displaying (I get a black X instead).
My computer never used to do this but now it does--and this only happens when doing Bing images searches (the problem is not present when doing Google & Yahoo image searches).
Tried researching the problem, couldn't find anything other than these these suggestions which I already tried but they didn't work:
1.
Added Bing to Compatibility view.
2.
I reset my IE settings under Internet Options/Advanced Settings and even chose the option to delete all personal settings.
3.
I have no tracking protection add-ons.

Yes, I can right click on the black X, select show image, and the image will show--but this is obviously impractical when browsing hundreds of images.
Screen shot below showing the problem using search word "Beagle" as an example (again: same search on Google & Yahoo is problem-free).

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
• On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
• Reboot your computer.
