Bulk zipped files from External Hard Drive back to Media Player library

I have backed up my previous PC onto an external hard drive and now have a couple of hundred zipped folders that contain my music files.
Is there a quick way to unzip them all and have media player add them.
Seems like going through one by one and unzipping
is the R...E...A...L...L....Y slow way of doing this.
 
Any help would be tops!
