first date/time 12/5/2011 and second is 18/5/2011 how i can calculate days?? i want result=6, becoz first date minus from second.

assuming your first date (12/5/2011) is in cell A1 and the second (18/5/2011) in cell B1: =B1-A1
Use the format General in the formula cell.
