Display a number format on another sheet

I worked out using the function 'MID' can copy the text around but I cannot seem to find one to do the same thing with numbers.
Tried SUM but it eithers shows the actual formula in the cell or the numbers are not displayed as they should ending in formats, 0.00 or 0.
 
So, on "Final" Sheet, cells O2, P2, Q2 etc have the cells formatted as text due to the first leading number is a 0 (zero) such as 0123456789, 0987654321.
I want to copy the cell selected to specific cells on other sheets, just like MID.
 
How to? Got me stumpted as I cannot find the specific requirements or wording to search on.

This isn't considered copying.
MID() parses or strips a portion of text from another cell's contents and displays it where you have the MID() formula.

You can use the TEXT() function to pull a textual representation of a number and format it as you see fit.
In the above samples these would be,

=TEXT(Final!O2,"0000000000")
=TEXT(Final!P2,"0000000000")
=TEXT(Final!Q2,"0000000000")

...
which will be formatted text.
These cannot be reliably added, subtracted or numerically compared as they are not true numbers.
They can be reverted back to a true number with VALUE().

Machine Throttling

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
• On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
• Restart your system.
