Auto-Deselect/Auto Minimize Problem

For some reason, everything I have open automatically minimizes about a dozen times every five minutes.
Multiple different games from browser games to full on games with minimize without warning.
Furthermore, all my web browsers automatically "deselect"
while I use them; it's like hitting the plain desktop button but I can still view the page I'm on yet I can only use the page after left clicking it.
My virus, adware, and spyware programs have found two virsuses and destroyed them but the problem still persists.
What's going on????

Boot the computer in safe mode and check if the same issue occurs:

To check for Windows updates
