AutoCorrect not working on "THanks"

AutoCorrect is working generally in word and outlook, but fails on correcting "THanks"  I've tried a few times to replace the entry in the database but it just underlines it.
 I also tried deleting it and hoping the "Fix two first letters capitalized"
would help, but no go.
 I do this a lot in emails, so would love to get this to work.
 Any help would be appreciated.

Download Error Fixer for Free Now

Click File tab | Options | Proofing | AutoCorrect Options.
On the AutoCorrect tab, click Exceptions.
On the "INitial CAps" tab, see if "thanks" is listed.
Delete it if you find it.
You may also want to clear "Automatically add words to the list" before
clicking OK.
