Try downloading the drivers from the manufacturers website and install them

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check the issue status.
Method 1:
I would suggest you to run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.
Follow the steps:
a.       Press “Windows Key + C” to open Charms Bar.
b.      Select Search option.
c.       Select “Settings” then type “Troubleshooter” in the Search box and hit enter.
d.      Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window.
e.      Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option.
f.        Follow the On Screen instructions.
Method 2:
I would suggest you to download and install the drivers from manufacturer’s website in Windows 7 compatibility mode, then check if this fixes the issue.

Follow the steps:
a.       Download the driver setup file and save it on your local disk.
b.      Right click on the setup file of the driver and select
“Properties”.
c.       Select “Compatibility” Tab.
d.      Make a check mark next to Run this program in “Compatibility mode” and select Windows 7 from the drop down list.
e.       Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.

• A new window will open. Click View all from the left pane.

• The troubleshooter will automatically detect problems and fix it.
• Now, close this window and try download/install the app which was previously showing error.
