Assessment and Deployment Kit

I have Assessment and Deployment Kit on my Windows 7 Home Premium 64.
I am trying to uninstall it but it just crashes right away saying it cant be accessed.
I also cant reinstall it because it says I must remove other Assess & Dep..
for Windows 8.1....
How do I get rid of this broken software that clearly isnt even FOR my OS? Thanks in advance.

Download Error Fixer (Free)

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Reboot your computer.

An error might pop up:

"Access denied as you do not have significant privileges. You have to invoke this utility in elevated mode."
