IMHO, registry cleaners/boosters are snake oil.
I've never seen one create a measurable benefit but I've seen lots of them make systems inoperable.

Tweak IE Options

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Go to "Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab".
• Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions".

• Reboot your computer.
