'CCP stopped working' comes up when I get on my computer and then "IAStortion stopped working" pops up

When I turn on my computer a little pop up comes  that says 'CCP stopped working' and after it goes away  another one comes  that says IAStortion stopped working.
After they go away most everything seems pretty good but have been having other problems.
I thought if these two were fixed the other things would be fixed.
