IE7: Need to change hot cut key for "Feeds" (Control-J).

I need this option to view information in PeopleSoft and have lost the ability to use Control J in this application.  I am using IE 7 and as of a few days ago, I did not have this problem.
I cannot do my job if I am unable to use Control J properly.
My
MIS team cannot help and I really need some advice on how to rectify this situation.

Unfortunately the shortcut keys for Internet Explorer are not editable.
The function on the website may continue to work if you hold down Control and hit “J” twice.
This may get the shortcut key you are wanting to send through.

To check for Windows updates

1. Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Update.
