Excel 2007 running on windows 2007 not showing all rows

I am unable to display all rows on an excell file.
I can see row 1 then row 70 onwards.
I have tried "unfreezing panes" and "unhide" but they do not make any difference.
There is not any filter on.
Suggestions please ?

Maybe someone set the row heights to 0?
Select row 1 then row 70 and set row height to 12.
Anything show up?
