Using Windows Live Mail I have a church group of 115 to 200 families in a group.  When I try to send a message it is rejected saying there are too many addresses.  An error message number 421 pops up.  I have contacted Dell, my ISP - Time Warner Cable
and Microsoft.  The Microsoft tech gave me Support.live.com.  I can send individual emails to anyone of the group.  On my former computer using, Microsoft Outlook, I had no problem sending messages to a group of this size.  I need to be able to increase the
limit of people that can be reached at one time.  Can this be done and how?
