Moved legacy business programs from Program Files (x86) to Program Files. Problems?

I had to move programs from Program Files (x86) to Program Files so that other programs can find the .exe files properly.
Now there are many registry entries with the wrong address but it doesn't seem to be hurting performance or operation. 
Should I be concerned?  Is there a way to easily fix those errrors?
