using Excel 2007 and when I try to look at the page break preview, print preview or print it says the printer is unavailable

I am using Excel 2007 and when I try to look at the page break preview, print preview or print it says the printer is unavailable.
 I can use it for everything else (it is wireless) - Word, printing from internet, etc.
 I uninstalled and reinstalled the
driver.
 Any ideas?  I can't contact Microsoft as I'm in Canada.

Open Excel in safe mode and check if it prints fine:
Open Excel in safe mode and check if Excel Works fine.
Follow the steps listed below to open Excel in safe mode:
·         Close Excel.
·         Click on Start<
All Programs< Accessories< Run
·         In Run window and type
Excel /safe
Note: There is a space between Excel and /.
 
If you are able to work with Excel without any problem then the issue might be due to add-ins.
In order to disable the add-ins follow the steps given below:
·         Click the Office Icon and Click
Excel Options.
·         In the left hand side of the
Excel Options dialog box, click Add-Ins.
·         Under Manage Click the
COM Add-ins.
·         Uncheck all the Add-Ins listed under
COM Add-ins.
·         Click close and restart
Excel.
 
Also try to change the printer and check if you are able to print.
Follow the steps listed below to change the printer:
·         Open the Excel file.
·         Click on Office
Icon and click on Print.
·         Under the group Printer change the printer to
OneNote or XPS and give the command to Print.
 
Note: If you are able to print after changing the printer then contact the printer manufacturer to update the printer drivers.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
