How do I change my e-mail address, I believe the one I have has been stollen

There was some E-mails sent out today at 9am with my e-mail name on them, to most of my address book, with a link to go to, all the links ended with a fruit name, like peach, orange, lemon etc.
Sence then I have changed my password, Do I still need to change
my e-mail address being the theif has my e-mail address plus all of them in my address book.
This makes me sick........
