How Can You Fix - Importing setting into Outlook 2003.?

Importing setting into Outlook 2003.

I had to do a clean install of w7 after a failed upgrade install.
I backedup up my computer and restored it.
The only problem I encounter was importing my settings into outlook 2003.
Therefore, I do not have my archive e-mails and address book.

I have a backup from today and disc image from the middle of the month.

Other than that things are honky-dory.

Could someone point me in the right direction?
