Excel 2010 - Print Preview - Cell are cut off - USER SETTINGS RESET?

Hello All,
 
Here is the issue I am having...
for some odd ball reason, when I attempt to print preview the cells on some of the pages are cut off.  I have found that its due to page breaking.
 
Well here is the cruve ball.
 
I sent the same exact spreadsheet to another workstation also had it opened under a different profile on the
same worktation and found out the print preview appeared fine with no issues. 
 
So I did some testing,...
 
- I found out all other profiles when in page break preview the first page ends at
cell 16 well the profile that is having the issue, the first page ends at
cell 18.  Now, I thought the page break follows the worksheet itself, maybe Im wrong.
 
- I also found out if I had the excel user settings reset by having windows recreate the user profile, I am able to resolve the issue...
the only thing is i lose the users preferences, saved templates and so on..
 
So, my question is..
How do I reset EXCEL user settings, without having to have windows re-create the user profile?  I know how to achieve this in WORD, but I can't seem to do it with EXCEL 2010?
 
-I have already attempted to DISABLE ADDINS and REPAIRED Office 2010, but that does not reset user settings. 
 
Thoughts or suggestions??
