4th or some 5th drop down list on excel 2007

Hi
I have a MainCategories, SubCategories, 2nd tier SubCategories, Item which I like to use the drop down lists to show the end result.
If MainCategories is selected, the related SubCategories will show up the list.
If SubCategories is selected, the related 2nd tier Subcategories (2SubCategories) list will show up, but not all the SubCategories has the 2SubCategories.
For example, lets say has 5 SubCategories, only 2 out of the 5 SubCategories has 3SubCategories,
MainCategories: Camera
SubCategories: Tripod, Camera, Accessories, Battery and Charger, Camera Bags
2SubCategories:  only Accessories and Battery and Charger has 2SubCategories list.
(Batter and Charger selected)
3SubCategories: Battery, Charger, Batter Cases.

Item List.
the rest of 3 SubCategories will show up the Item List straight away.
MainCategories: Camera
SubCategories: Tripod, Camera, Accessories, Battery and Charger, Camera Bags (Camera Bags selected)
2SubCategories:  only Accessories and Battery and Charger has 2SubCategories list.
So if Camera Bag selected, it show up Camera Bag Items directly.

How can I make this to work?
And the reason I make this is to put them into the quotation form for sales to pick up the products to avoid typo.
However if I use the dependent drop down list, how can I make the sales to pick up the one of the final ITEM LIST,
and then it show up only Item No.
and Item Description/Name on the form
Item No | Item Name
but not include
MainCategories | SubCategories | 2ndSubCategories | 3rdSubCategories | Item      or
MainCategories | SubCategories | 2ndSubCategories | Item 
which take up lots of extra column spaces.

I'm not familiar with excel, has spend couple days google and practice, but get stock with partial 2SubCategories, and has no idea how to make the end result to show up only Item No and Item Name.
It will be highly appreciated if the Excel Experts can show
me the way steps by steps.
