Allow computer to turn off this device box staying unchecked after reboot problem.

I am using win 7 32 bit.
When i go to network card power management tab in device manger and uncheck allow the computer to turn off this device to save power box it is checked again after i turn off computer and turn it back on again.
I need it to stay
unchecked all the time even after reboot.
please help.

Boot in Safe Mode:

Open Run command as previously described
Type MSConfig
Click on Boot tab
Tick Safe boot in Boot option
Select Network
Click Apply and OK
Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
