abcavi tag editor not working

Hi,
I just recently upgraded from Vista to W7 Ultimate x64.
I like the OS and the improved speed and functionality.
However, much like my older version of Trend Micro, abcavi tag editor isnt working properly in W7.
When installed the program will show avi tags while hovering the mouse pointer on an avi file.
This doesnt seem to work anymore.
Numerous google searches for an answer has left me only frustrated.
The program will install just fine but doesnt work.
The default
program compatability setting is in XP.
I've tried running it in compatability mode for Vista and even troubleshot through the control panel why it isnt working properly.
Is there and issue going on in Windows 7 whereas it doesnt allow metadata or media tags
to be viewed?

It does not seem to be compatible with Windows 7 as of now.
Get in touch with the manufacturer as they are best people to offer help.
There might be an issue with compatibility of the program. We have no information on the compatibility of the program.
