8.1 Sometimes Wakes from Sleep and Sometimes Doesn't

I have a Brand New HP Pavilion loaded with factory installed Windows 8.1 ALL settings are set to sleep NOT turn off and it sleeps OK but with even with a FULL Charge or ON charge, it Sometimes it Wakes from Sleep and Sometimes Doesn't.
When it doesn't then
the only wake up cure is to reboot but all work is lost unless saved.
Just Revisiting Power Options without changing anything makes it sleep and wake up for a while then it randomly it all fails again.
Really frustrating and embarrassing !
