Help on Data Validation

Dear solver,
I have prepared a receipt form in excel.
In cell J7, I have a drop down containing options "Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft, Payorder, Credit Card, Debit Card".
What I want, if a user selects "Cheque or Demand Draft or Payorder" then Cell no.
D3 should accept numeric value upto maximum of 6 digit.
In other word, he/she could enter the instrument number of "Cheque or Demand Draft or Payorder".
If he/she selects  "Cash,
Credit Card, Debit Card" then he could not enter anything, means D3 should be locked.
If he/she tries do the same, an error msg should come, as it comes in Data Validation.

Choose Custom in the Allow box and use the following as the FORMULA;
 
=AND(D3=int(D3),OR(J7="Cheque",J7="Demand Draft",J7="Pay Order"),D3>0,D3<1000000)
 
If you want to allow the decimals then delete the D3=INT(D3) part ...
also delete the comma
