Removed malware and now scripting wont run in IE 8 32-bit, but will in 64-bit on Windows 7.

We have two computers with identical issues in our office.
Both had Internet Antivirus 2011 and both were able to be cleaned up with scanners as well as manual processes.
IE has been reset, removed, reinstalled, and reconfigured several times with no luck.
Have run the following and cannot find suspicious information at this time:
Malwarebytes
CCleaner
SpyBot
HiJackThis
SUPERAntispyware
Wireshark
Process Explorer
Installing the IE 9 beta does allow scripting to run under 32-bit however, this just isn't a solution.

IE had been reset through the advanced tab and even removed through the features menu inside of Programs and Features so this information was cleared already.
Also, all default settings were configured previously in the security zones.
However, I have resolved
this issue by working further to determine that Javascript specifically was not working in the 32-bit version of IE on the systems I was checking.
Despite all settings being correct to allow scripting it came down to having to replace the jscript.dll file
and re-registering it to finally get things working again.
 
I assume that the malware could have possible corrupted the Javascript DLL on the system.
The name of the malware was "Internet Antivirus 2011" and was identical on the two systems that were brought to me.
In both cases nothing else worked until the DLL
was replaced.

Running System Update Readiness Command

On running the System Update readiness Command, it will Detect & Replace Incorrect Registry data with the Correct one. Which may ultimately Solve Removed malware and now scripting wont run in IE 8 32-bit, but will in 64-bit on Windows 7. in Windows.

1. Open CMD as Administrator by Simply Right Clicking on Start button > Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Now Type or Copy paste "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" and hit Enter,
3. Now again Type or Copy paste this "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and hit Enter.
4. Close the Command Prompt Window because we are done.

Try and see if you still get the same error Removed malware and now scripting wont run in IE 8 32-bit, but will in 64-bit on Windows 7. in your Windows.

Note: You may be prompted to enter your administrator's password when you try to execute certain system tasks!
